Shipping policy

We ship to all countries around the world. We take complete responsibility until the shipments are delivered.

Outside India: -

We ship all packages through India Post to ensure extensive coverage across the globe. All shipments are sent through Parcel and can be tracked using India Post's tracking feature and the recipient's national mail service using the consignment number that will be shared once the package is dispatched.

For international orders (delivery location outside India), shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the package. Delivery Timelines (International) - Delivery timelines depend on the specific country to where the shipment is to be delivered. Usual timelines are 10 (Ten) Business Days to 20 (Twenty) Business Days.

Note: The above timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays in shipment due to external factors outside of our control cannot be anticipated or provisioned for. Such delays will not render the order invalid nor will a refund be provided in such cases. The orders will be shipped as soon as the situation in the region permits.

Within India: -

We ship all packages through India Post/ Private Courier to ensure extensive coverage across India. All shipments are sent through Registered Parcel/Courier and can be tracked using the tracking number that will be shared once the package is dispatched.

    • Orders worth ₹ 350/- and above will be shipped free of cost within 1 - 2 business days of the order being placed. 
    • For order value below ₹ 350/-, flat shipping charges of ₹ 60/- will be applicable.
    • Expedited shipping can be made available on request and at an additional charge
    • COD (Cash on Delivery) facility is available for all orders with additional charges
    • Textbooks - We charge delivery fee on all orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available for these orders
    • For in-stock items, it will take 2 - 10 business days (South India - 2 to 6 business days; Central, West, East and North India - 5 to 8 business days; North East states and J & K - 8 to 10 business days for delivery of orders once dispatched which can be tracked. Out of stock items can take longer as it depends on the availability with our suppliers which we will work to expedite and ship.

    • Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
