When Mandy's dad diagnoses an Old English Sheepdog puppy as deaf, Mandy feels sorry for it. But it isn't until she finds another Sheepdog puppy weak and abandoned that she and James begin to get suspicious. Could a local breeder be mistreating these poor puppies?
