Blinky Bill - I Can Read Level 1

These favourite children's fairy tales and stories in the I Can Read series are specially written for early and beginner readers. They are designed to help young children in their first steps to independent reading. All the titles in I Can Read Level 1 consist of simple texts using approximately 200 easy and commonly used words. More difficult words are repeated to facilitate recognition and wherever possible the colourful illustrations reinforce their meaning. Sentence structure is kept simple to encourage the confidence to read independently. The objective is to make reading fun for young children and build and encourage the habit of independent reading.
