A fresh chapter unfolds as a new guardian emerges in Gotham City. Following a strenuous battle with Bane that leaves Bruce Wayne injured and unable to continue his duties, a novel Dark Knight is designated to temporarily fill the void. Jean-Paul Valley, known as Azrael, steps into the role of the Caped Crusader. However, lacking the seasoned wisdom and moral compass of his mentor, he rapidly loses control.
