Binkle and Flip are two mischievous rabbits who love playing pranks on the unsuspecting folks of Oak Tree Town. They avoid doing any real work and delight in causing chaos. However, they always seem to get caught and make promises to reform. But their good behavior never lasts very long, and soon enough they are back to their old tricks again.
