I Am: Martin Luther King Jr.

I was accepted to a prestigious college when I was only 15 years old. I earned a scholarship to graduate school where I practiced public speaking skills and I later delivered one of the most celebrated speeches in history. Despite violent opposition, I inspired a country through my passionate addresses and nonviolent beliefs, staging sit-ins, marches and protests to change civil injustices. I was the youngest person to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. I devoted my life to achieving equality for all and my dream revolutionized a nation. I am Martin Luther King Junior.
